Student representative council (SRC)

A Student Representative Council (SRC) is a group of students elected by their fellow students to represent all students in the school. SRCs work democratically to represent the student body in school decision-making and organise ways for students to participate in school life.

The SRC at Ryde Public School is made up of 30 students in Years 3-6, including support. These students attend fortnighlty lunchtime meetings with Mr Ivanov and Mr Partha, where they meet to collobrate and discuss on important issues related to our school.
